A quick throwback to the first Road Show

We cannot continue without mentioning BARNES Mauritius and CBVL’s previous success during their first Pointe d’Esny le Village Road Show during the second week of June 2018. The island and project pricked the imagination of Tshepo Modiba of CNBC who invited the team as his guests for a 15-minute interview on his BUY Africa show - 13 June 2018.

A unique concept

Pointe d’Esny le Village is catching the eye of many due to its exceptional concept - a concept new to the region and island. It is an integrated village of 168 acres situated in Pointe d’Esny, Mauritius, with a “green lung” of nearly 30 acres - a major element of the development. Developed under the Property Development Scheme (PDS), the project comprises more than 500 residential units, an aparthotel and many high-end amenities such as a kindergarten and primary school, a sports center, a convenience store, restaurants and cafes, an open-air promenade and a beach club to access the lagoon.

A wide range of residential units

Falling under the VEFA (Vente en l’État Futur d’Achèvement) legal framework, also known as “Buying off-plan”, Pointe d’Esny Le Village offers a variety of residential units portraying low architecture with tropical influences: shingled roofs, authentic stones and warm hues, to naturally blend in with the surrounding environment. These units are comprised of:

-Apartments, duplexes, penthouses and villas, available to both Mauritian citizens and non-Mauritian citizens

-Serviced residential plots available to Mauritian buyers only

An authentic region

The residential village is located on the South-Eastern coast of Mauritius, a region known for its abundant vegetation, rich history and turquoise seas. Conveniently placed, it is situated just 5 minutes away from Mahébourg, 15 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes from Curepipe and 45 minutes away from the island’s capital Port Louis. Convenience aside, the South-East is home to prime locations such as the Lion Mountain, the Blue Bay Marine Park and Pointe D’Esny Lagoon - considered to be one of the most beautiful on the Island. Kite surfing, hiking and snorkelling are some of the key activities enjoyed by this region’s residents.
